TFP

Following extensive staff consultation, TFP management agreed the purchase of new uniform work wear to upgrade the new TFP brand. The uniforms were introduced over several weeks in July 2009, with all TFP onboard train catering staff now sport their new 2-piece suit uniforms which mixes style with professionalism.

Following detailed market testing during August 2009,, TFP were successful in extending their existing Arriva Cross Country Trains onboard catering franchise, to now include 7-day a week services between Nottingham and Newport as well as Birmingham New Street to Peterborough, with a number of new catered routes being added which now also includes services to London Stanstead Airport.

London Midland have granted TFP the extended rights to their long-term contract, to provide additional services between Birmingham New Street and Liverpool as well as Crewe to London Euston at week ends. This is in addition to the core week day services which they have provided successfully on these routes since February 2006.

Whilst all of the team contributed to last season’s success, a notable team member is the regular Goalkeeper; Josh Barnes; who saw his impressive performances from last season rewarded by being signed as a youth trainee at Aston Villa.
